Monitoring the activity

The information board generated by using the application at the level of visualization (vehicle data, state and status, driver, address, distance, routes, historical position) is complemented by data and statistics regarding records and management, alarm situations, routes traveled, fuel consumption, warnings related to maintenance activities, indicators of taking the  predefined routes, the presence in the designated areas, speeding, parking, travel outside working hours and more.

Consistency, continuity and accuracy of information and investigation records allow clear and relevant summaries. Fleet managers can do in-depth analysis that help to the sound and efficient fleet management.

Data analysis provides information about the client visits, total duration and the mean time at the client`s residence, speeding, when and where the refueling was made, what amount of time they spent travelling in personal interest, stops with the engine running, the location and duration of certain events, parking in places other than those of interest to the company, periodic fixed costs, variable costs that can be correlated with the GPS position of the vehicle, travel situation – routes and positions – at certain times, driving and rest times, maintenance activities, fuel theft cases, the manner of use of the vehicle, etc.
