Given the financial implications, fuel management is a key target in the management of organizations in an attempt to control fleet costs. The effect of implementing the monitoring solutions of fuel consumption depends on the technology used and the calculation procedure chosen. Currently there is no method or technology to ensure 100% accurate level control or reading fuel consumption so that theft or waste can be completely eliminated.

Consumption monitoring, along with other features of the application (monitoring trips – duration, route, parking, driving style, drivers, working hours, opening the tank cap) enables the combat of theft (using level probes, theft can even be documented), and important fuel savings.
